We will require your charter flight number, date of travel, and full name of passengers that traveled, and current mailing address.

Checked baggage issues (i.e. damaged, lost, delayed) may be reported to airlines.

Injury/damage to item/person that occur on the aircraft must be reported immediately to a flight attendant on board so the incident can be verified and recorded.

• Non-stop charter service between Anchorage, Alaska and Honolulu, Hawaii operated by Hawaiian Airlines (HA).
• All seats are contracted and must be purchased from Hawaiian Vacations or via a travel agent.
• Confirmation of charter flight reservations must be done through the charter company.
• Advanced seat assignments up to day of departure is provided; however, pre-assigned seats are subject to change.
• Passengers may purchase last minute reservations by contacting Hawaiian Vacations Airport Representative upon check-in.
• HA Premier Club Lounge is not open to First Class charter passengers.
• HA Frequent Flyer Mileage credit is not applicable on these flights.
• Any concerns/inquiries of charter flights should be directed to charter company.
