What is the Hawaiian Airlines Affiliate Share Program?
The Hawaiian Airlines Affiliate Share program is a great opportunity for approved website hosts to earn commissions selling Hawaiian Airlines tickets. It is a website marketing program that combines the technology of the Commission Junction network, the outstanding service of Hawaiian Airlines, and your website to increase your website's revenue.

How does the program work?
Our Affiliate Share program allows you to make money by referring customers who purchase on our website. You do this by placing HawaiianAirlines.com banners and text links on your site. When your site customers click these banner and text links to access Hawaiian Airlines.com and purchase tickets and complete their flight on Hawaiian Airlines we will pay you a 1.5% commission. Commissions are only eligible on flights that conclude within 180 days of initial purchase.

Why should I join?
Becoming a Hawaiian Airlines Affiliate Share member is free of charge. By simply placing our HawaiianAirlines.com banners or links on your website you'll generate additional income when your customers use those banners or links to book tickets on Hawaiian Airlines. Plus, you have the professional support of Commission Junction as our program host to make your experience as a Hawaiian Airlines Affiliate Share member easy and rewarding.

As a Hawaiian Airlines Affiliate Share member, you’ll maximize the value of your website investment by creating an additional revenue stream. Every time a consumer accesses our website through our banners or links and purchases tickets and subsequently completes their flight you receive a 1.5% commission on that purchase. Hawaiian’s Affiliate Share Program will also give you credit when the customer returns to purchase on our site for up to 30 days after the original click through.

Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate Share Member?
No. There are no charges to join our Affiliate Share Program.

Can a website outside the 50 contiguous United States be an Affiliate?
Yes. We also currently welcome websites from American Samoa, Australia and Canada. Customers who buy from our site must pay with credit cards based in the United States, American Samoa, Australia or Canada. All payment checks to Affiliates Share members are in U.S. dollars.

I operate more than one website can I still be an Affiliate?
Yes. You can have multiple sites as an Affiliate although each website will need to pass our approval process to qualify. You can have one Affiliate account with us that will include all of your sites. You can track the progress of each of your sites separately and be paid with only one check.

How do I sign up?
First, you must become an affiliate member of the Commission Junction network. From there enter the join programs section to apply to Hawaiian Airlines, accept our terms and conditions and apply for the program. We will then contact you to let you know if you have been accepted as an Affiliate Share member.

Is my website eligible to become an Affiliate?
Most sites will qualify to participate in the program. Anyone may submit an application, but we do reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke a site's membership at any time if we deem that it contains objectionable material. Current Hawaiian Airlines employees and their immediate family are not eligible to become Hawaiian Airlines Affiliate Share members.

What are your responsibilities?
Simply place our banners and text links on your website. We will provide you with the tools and support you need through Commission Junction to maximize sales through your site. We handle purchases and billing for all the customers you refer to HawaiianAirlines.com.

I don't have a website or blog. Can I still apply?
Only fully operational websites and blogs can apply as we must be able to view your website or blog to approve you to become an affiliate member.

How do I change my account information?
Once you have been accepted as a Commission Junction affiliate member you will be given an account ID number. You can use that ID number to access your account information where you can make modifications.

Will becoming an Affiliate increase traffic to my site?
Our Affiliate Share Program is a revenue-sharing program. It is not designed to help you increase traffic to your site; however, it enhances your site content, maximizing your return on investment.

How do I access the banners and links?
Through the Commission Junction website you can access a variety of banners and links for use on your site.

Where should I place the links and banners on my site?
You should place links and banners where they are easy for your site visitors to find and utilize. Locations on your home page, in your navigation bar and any other high-traffic areas are especially good.

How much can I earn?
We can't predict how much you will earn from your Affiliate Share membership.

How do I know how much I've earned?
Through CommissionJunction.com you can access reports that provide information on impressions, click throughs, orders and commissions earned. These reports are updated daily.

How often do I get paid?
We pay you 1.5% for each concluded ticket transaction you refer to HawaiianAirlines.com. Commission Junction will send you a check each month you have generated sales representing the total value of all your Commission Junction network commissions. It will include an itemized statement of what companies paid the commission including any commissions paid to you by Hawaiian Airlines. Commissions are only paid out for concluded flights.

Do I earn a commission on my own purchases?
Yes. When you buy a ticket from us through your website, you earn the same commission on your purchase that you would from a visitor purchase.

How can I monitor my sales?
You can access your sales productivity by logging onto CommissionJunction.com using your Commission Junction ID.

How will you know that the orders came from my site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique Commission Junction ID code so that every time a user comes to us via your site and makes a purchase, we know to credit your account.

How often can I run reports?
You can run reports daily if you wish through your login at CommissionJunction.com.
