Q: What is the XtraMiles Partner Program?
The XtraMiles Partner Program is a partnership between businesses and Hawaiian Airlines that is directly tied to the Hawaiian Airlines® Visa® Card.

Q: How does it work?
Hawaiian Airlines Visa cardholders can earn XtraMiles when shopping at participating XtraMiles Partners when paying with their Hawaiian Airlines Visa card. XtraMiles can range from 2 XtraMiles per dollar spent and up to 6 XtraMiles per dollar spent depending on the offer that the partner is giving.

Q: How are the miles tracked and reported to Hawaiian Airlines?
Simply, all transactions are tracked by the transactions made at the partner’s business’ Merchant Identification. Partners are billed once a month for the total sale of miles.

Q: What type of “promotional exposure” do partners get?
At no additional fee to the partners other than the sale of miles, Hawaiian Airlines works with partners to gather marketing materials, such as logo, images, descriptive copy, etc. to use for promotional collateral. These include, but are not limited to, circulation within the following channels at Hawaiian’s discretion:

• Placement on the Hawaiian Airlines website with direct link to partner website
• Inclusion in XtraMiles email blasts
• Inclusion in the Hawaiian Airlines print newsletters
• Inclusion in the HawaiianMiles Mileage Statements
• Inclusion in the Hana Hou Inflight Magazine  

Q: What types of business can participate in the Program?
To qualify for the Program, a business must have the ability to accept credit cards as a form of payment.  Hawaiian Airlines reserves the right to review referred businesses and determine whether or not the potential business meets the Hawaiian Airlines partnership criteria.
