When flying on other airlines, you may still be able to earn HawaiianMiles.
Verify that the airline is listed below and the fare class is eligible. Provide your HawaiianMiles number when you make your reservations, and again at check-in to help ensure that you get the HawaiianMiles credit. Keep your travel receipts until you can verify the credits on your HawaiianMiles account. If you do not receive credit for the flight within two weeks of travel, mail or fax a copy of your travel receipts, include your name and HawaiianMiles number. P.O. Earn HawaiianMiles on Continental Airlines, Continental Express*, and Continental Connection** flights within or between the 48 contiguous U.S. and Alaska. Flights to and from Hawaii, or outside of the United States are excluded. Example: if you fly from Honolulu to Newark via Houston, you will only earn HawaiianMiles for the Houston to Newark segment.

If you travel beyond Hawaiian’s route system, you may be able to earn HawaiianMiles for all Northwest segments. Stopovers are not allowed, and connections must be within 4 hours or the next available flight. Example: if you fly from Honolulu to Minneapolis via Los Angeles, you will earn HawaiianMiles for the full trip including the flights between Honolulu and Los Angeles.
