How to Earn Retroactive Miles

Check your HawaiianMiles statement online to be sure your recent flights on Hawaiian Airlines were not posted to your account.
Complete the request form below.
List all passengers with their own HawaiianMiles account number and specific flight information. If all passengers have the same travel itinerary, please submit one form only.
