Changes to the Interisland Standby Policy - On All Interisland Tickets for Qualified Travelers
Free standby listing for an earlier Interisland flight on the same day as the ticketed flight will continue to be offered to our elite Pualani Platinum, Pualani Gold and Premier Club HawaiianMiles members and to Corporate Web customers who have booked via the Corporate Web Site on all Interisland tickets (any booking class).
  • Qualified Travelers must:
    1. present their Platinum/Gold HawaiianMiles membership card or identify themselves as Corporate customer when requesting to be listed for standby.
    2. list for standby at checkin or holding area podium at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time of the flight standing by for. Listing for standby will not be allowed at the boarding gate.


Checked Baggage
Passengers booked via the Corporate Web Site are allowed to check-in the first two normal size pieces of baggage at no charge. If you require a Hawaiian Airlines’ Airport Agent’s assistance at check-in, please advise the Agent that you are a Corporate customer booked via the Corporate Web Site and exempt from the checked baggage fee for the first two pieces.

Premier HawaiianMiles members are also exempt from the checked baggage fee for the first two normal size pieces. Pualani Platinum and Pualani Gold HawaiianMiles Elite members are allow to check-in three normal size pieces of baggage at no charge.

As a reminder…
  • Hawaiian Airlines makes our Promotional oneway Interisland “O” and “Z” Sale fares available for purchase via the Corporate Web Site. However, promotional sale fares do not qualify for the special Corporate Program rules and waivers. The following restrictions apply:
    • Seating is limited
    • Non-refundable, Non-transferable, No reroute
    • “O” fare earns 100 HAMiles, “Z” fare doesn’t earn miles
    • Change fees will apply (from $50 one-way)
  • The corporate program refund benefit only applies to certain interisland fares. Mainland and International tickets are subject to all the normal change fees and rules. Mainland and International tickets are non-refundable.
  • Changes to your company’s information must be submitted in writing to your Hawaiian Airlines Sales Manager via email, fax or mail. Please allow 24 hours Mon-Fri for processing the change.
