Hawaiian Airlines Codeshare Flight on Island Air – No Baggage Fee Waiver
We have been able to broaden our Interisland service via our codeshare agreement which allow Island Air flights to show as Hawaiian Airlines flights. This agreement also allows us to extend this convenience to you via our Corporate Website. Although the Island Air flights appear with the HA code, we must abide by Island Air’s rules and procedures.

As with the Corporate Interisland change fee waivers and Interisland refund waivers, the Hawaiian Airlines Corporate Program baggage fee waiver for the first two normal size checked pieces does not apply to the Codeshare flights operated by Island Air. Island Air’s baggage fees apply and are collected at checkin at the Island Air ticket counters.

Great news!  The Corporate Website Guide is available for viewing or printing online via the Corporate Website.  After signing in, select the "Corporate Website Guide" link located on your My Account page.

As a reminder…

• Checked Baggage
  Passengers booked via the Corporate Website are allowed to check-in the first two normal size pieces of baggage at no charge.  If you require a Hawaiian Airlines’ Airport Agent’s assistance at check-in, please advise the Agent that you are a Corporate customer booked via the Corporate Website and exempt from the checked baggage fee for the first two pieces.
• The corporate program refund and change fee waiver benefits only apply to certain interisland fares.  Mainland and International tickets are non-refundable and subject to all the normal change fees and rules.
• Changes to your company’s information must be submitted in writing to your Hawaiian Airlines Sales Manager via email, fax or mail.  Please allow 24 hours Mon-Fri for processing the change.
