Corporate Program Chage Fees
Effective for tickets issued on or after October 1, 2009, Hawaiian Airlines will implement a new flight exchange system. This system requires modification to the current procedures in processing change fees for interisland bookings made via your Corporate web site.
  • Changes made to interisland reservations will result in the additional collection of any applicable difference in fare however, change fees are still waived. The current Corporate change fees of $15 & $30 will not apply.
  • If there is more than one fare rule on your original ticket, the most restrictive rule will apply.

For Interisland tickets issued prior to October 1, 2009, regardless of travel date, any changes will follow the current Corporate change rules/fees**.
  • Changes made to same booking class as originally ticketed - No Fee
  • Changes made to "Y" class of service - $15
  • Changes made to "X" class of service (up to last coach seat available) - $30
  • Corporate rules/fees do not Special O and Z Sales fares. All normal rules/ fees apply
  • Changes made at the airport will be subject to the normal fare rules.

**The above Corporate change fee benefit is applicable when changes are made through the Corporate Desk at least 90 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure time.

As a reminder…
  • Checked Baggage
    • Passengers booked via the Corporate Web Site are allowed to check-in the first two normal size pieces of baggage at no charge. If you require a Hawaiian Airlines’ Airport Agent’s assistance at check-in, please advise the Agent that you are a Corporate customer booked via the Corporate Web Site and exempt from the checked baggage fee for the first two pieces.
    • Premier HawaiianMiles members are also exempt from the checked baggage fee for the first two normal size pieces. Pualani Platinum and Pualani Gold HawaiianMiles Elite members are allow to check-in three normal size pieces of baggage at no charge.
  • Hawaiian Airlines makes our Promotional one-way Interisland "O" and "Z" Sale fares available for purchase via the Corporate Web Site. However, promotional sale fares do not qualify for the special Corporate Program rules and waivers. The following restrictions apply:
    • Seating is limited
    • Non-refundable, Non-transferable, No reroute
    • "O" fare earns 100 HawaiianMiles, "Z" fare doesn't earn miles
    • Change fees will apply (from $50 one-way)
  • The corporate program refund and change fee waiver benefits only apply to certain interisland fares. Mainland and International tickets are subject to all the normal change fees and rules. Mainland and International tickets are non-refundable.
  • Changes to your company’s information must be submitted in writing to your Hawaiian Airlines Sales Manager via email, fax or mail. Please allow 24 hours Mon-Fri for processing the change.
