At Hawaiian Airlines, we're proud of our air cargo history. In fact, it's pretty safe to say that we have more experience than any other airline.

Founded in 1929 as Interisland Airways, Hawaiian Airlines began flying airmail among the Hawaiian Islands in 1934. Then, in March 1942, the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) granted us Air Freight Certificate #001, making Hawaiian the first certified air freight carrier in the United States and its territories.

How's our reliability? Well, since January 1992, Hawaiian has maintained a system-wide, on-time performance level of 95%, an impressive achievement unmatched by any other major airline.
