Fuel/Security Surcharge
A combined surcharge of Fuel and Security will be collected on all shipments as follows:

• New Fuel Surcharges effective February 15, 2009
• New Fuel Surcharges effective March 27, 2009


Miscellaneous Fees


Dangerous Goods Fee (excluding dry ice)	Mainland to/from	$100.00 per airway bill
Dangerous Goods Fee (excluding dry ice)	Hawaii, Inter-Island	$50.00 per airway bill
Dry Ice as a shipment (not as a refrigerant)	All Segments	$50.00 per airway bill
Declared value (up to $5,000 per air waybill)	All segments	$0.75 per $100 declared value
Container Demurrage (after 48 hours)		$25.00 per unit per day
Carrier Import Service Fee		$25.00 per Master Airway Bill and/or $25.00 per House Airway Bill
Storage Fee		$5.00 per 100 pounds (or fraction thereof) per day
