Terms and Conditions

Interisland Travel

• Interisland travel must take place during the period beginning August 3, 2009 and ending December 31, 2009.
• Member earns a 10% discount per qualifying interisland round trip flight; 5% discount per one-way, qualifying interisland flight.
• Total discount allowed per member account is 200%.
• Qualifying interisland flights must be in a fare class that is eligible for HawaiianMiles earnings. Interisland fare classes that are eligible for HawaiianMiles earnings are: I, G, L, S, V, Y, X, F, P, A and O.
• Interisland flights in Z fare class are not eligible for HawaiianMiles earnings.
• Interisland flights departing prior to 10 a.m. and after 2 p.m. are eligible for Mainland U.S. discounts.
• Island Air code share flights to Kapalua, Molokai and Lanai do not qualify toward a Mainland U.S. discount.
• Only Hawaiian Airlines interisland flights that appear on member mileage statement as earning HawaiianMiles will be counted toward Mainland U.S. discounts. Members should allow 3 -5 days for completed flights to be posted to their member account.
• Only members with an individual account are eligible for Mainland U.S. discounts. Corporate, Preferred Affiliate and Travel Agent member accounts are not eligible for Mainland U.S. discounts.
  

Mainland U.S. Travel

• Reservations must be made during the booking period: August 3, 2009 to June 15, 2010.
• Discounts are good for coach round trip travel from August 3, 2009 to June 15, 2010 and must be applied at the time of reservations.
• Member may apply discounts to tickets purchased for family and friends.
• Discount is good for one person per flight reservation.
• Discounts do not apply to award redemption bookings, multi-city, dollar-mile combination, promotional travel, previous bookings and travel package bookings.
• Discounts may be applied to Hawaiian Airlines scheduled flights between Hawaii and the Mainland U.S. U.S.; no stop-over permitted.
• Discounts are valid only toward Mainland U.S. fares booked in the following coach fare classes: Z, L, K, H, M, N, B, Q.
• Discounts are not valid toward fares booked in the following coach fare classes: Y and W.
• Discounts are for one time use only.
• Unused discounts will expire after booking end date of June 15, 2010.
• Taxes, fees, surcharges and other restrictions apply.
• Applicable rules for the fare being discounted will apply.
