Travel Easy: A One-Time Solution to TSA Rules

New TSA Rules:

Reservations booked on or after August 12, 2009 that include flights on or after December 1, 2009 require the following information for each passenger in order to make a reservation:
  • Full Name (first, middle, & last name as it appears on the government-issued photo ID you bring to the airport)
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth

Fulfill TSA Requirements: Create a Member Profile:

In response to the TSA mandate, we have enhanced our member profile pages on HawaiianAirlines.com to enable you to enjoy faster booking and hassle-free travel every time you fly with us. Not a member? Join free.

With a member profile:
  • All your required booking entries will be automatically entered into your reservation when you are signed in on HawaiianAirlines.com
  • Store the required information of up to nine travel companions.
  • Store up to three credit cards in our encrypted, secure storage system.
  • Booking is as fast as click, click, click. No typing, just select your travel companions and form of payment.
  • All information stored is secure, private and is never used for marketing purposes.

How to Create a Member Profile

 Update your information:

  1. Sign into your HawaiianMiles account.
    Don’t have one? Sign up free now.
  2. Click on EDIT CONTACT INFO.
  3. Check your name. It should match the government-issued photo ID you plan to bring to the airport. If you need to make any changes, for your account security, please call the HawaiianMiles Service Center
  4. Enter your birth date and gender.



  5. Click on CONTINUE (at the bottom of the page) and then SAVE (at the bottom of the next page).
 

 Traveling with others?

  1. Click on EDIT TRAVEL COMPANIONS.
  2. Enter name, birth date, and gender for each travel companion.

         
 

 Store payment information

  1. Click on EDIT FORM OF PAYMENT.
  2. Enter credit or debit card information in our securely encrypted storage system.



  3. Click on SAVE.
