Step 1: Credit Application

If you plan to ship with us on a regular basis and would like to establish a credit account, please follow these simple steps:

1. Fill out the Credit Application and Charge Agreement.

2. Mail Application to:

Known Shipper

Hawaiian Airlines can only accept cargo from, 1) Qualified known shippers and 2) Indirect Air Carriers which have a TSA approved security program.

Important Notes:
• Any incomplete information may cause delays in processing your request. All application questions must be answered before we can begin our evaluation process. Please ensure that all required information is accurate and that contact information is complete with names, addresses, phone and/or fax numbers.

• As part of our review process, we require responses from at least three (3) credit references. Your assistance in expediting responses from your given references will facilitate this process. If we receive no response from any one of your three references, we will not attempt a second request unless you inform us to do so.
