In-flight amenities include either a complimentary headset and a drink, or 2 drinks, or 2 headsets when traveling on a 767 aircraft. When traveling on an A330, members will receive 2 complimentary drinks. (Beverages must be consumed onboard during flight.)
Interisland Same Day Standby for an earlier flight with no fee. (Luggage must travel on same flight. If you have carry-on luggage only, check with the Customer Service agent at the podium in the gate area to request the standby for an earlier flight. Unaccompanied Minors do not qualify for standby privilege.)
Two (2) one-way complimentary upgrade certificates between Hawaii and the Mainland U.S. (certificates mailed to the member)
Complimentary Preferred Seats for member plus one (1) guest traveling on the same itinerary for flights between Hawaii and the Mainland U.S. (Based on availability and in priority of status (Platinum, then Gold) on a first-come, first-served basis. Preferred seas on a 767 aircraft are designated as the Exit row and on the A330 the Exit and Bulkhead rows. Members must advise the check-in counter agent or Customer Service agent at the podium in the departure gate to be listed for Preferred Seat assignment. If you are selected, you must report to the podium when your name is called or you forfeit your preferred seat assignment.)
Qualifications for 2012 - Based on qualifying flights earned in a calendar year. Qualifying flights must be earned on a revenue fare that earns HawaiianMiles when traveling on a Hawaiian Airlines scheduled flight.		Travel 30 segments or 20,000 miles	Travel 60 segments or 40,000 miles

*This applies to flights scheduled and operated by Hawaiian Airlines and does not apply to charter flights, airline partner flights, HawaiianMiles partners, or bonus miles. Qualification for Pualani status is required each year based on miles or segments flown between January 1 through December 31 of the year prior. Members that qualify will receive full benefits for the next year.
